Cancellation Policy

You can postpone or cancel your training free of charge up to 24 hours before the date. If a purchased subscription is canceled before the start of a course series, a cancellation fee of CHF 50 per subscription will be charged. After the start of a subscription, the subscription price will not be refunded in the event of premature termination. Further details can be found in our GTC.
