Onboarding Process

Before your dog stays with us for the first time for day care or overnight stay, we will conduct a thorough acquaintance. It is important to us that you feel comfortable and that your dog arrives relaxed. This process consists of three steps:

Detailed onboarding conversation & form

We discuss all the important details about health, feeding, care, training level and individual needs. Your dog is unique - that's why we take the time to get to know him well.

Introductory walk with my dog Leyla

To make sure your dog feels comfortable, we'll go for a relaxed walk with my dog Leyla. That way, the two can sniff each other in peace and see if they get along well.

Gentle acclimatization

If your dog needs a little more time, we start with a short trial day. This allows him to explore our home at his own pace while we make sure he feels completely comfortable.

What makes us special

Your dog will become part of our family (consisting of me, my Kooikerhondje dog Leyla and my cat Mio) and will enjoy the cozy, safe atmosphere of our home.

Exclusive home environment

We look after your dog individually and pay attention to his routine, feeding, exercise and, if necessary, medication. We only take in one dog at a time so that we can give him our full attention.

Individual attention

Our Kooikerhondje dog Leyla and our dog-loving cat Mio ensure social interaction and exciting encounters.

Playtime and socialization

Every day we do fun thinking games and short training sessions tailored to your dog's skills and needs (e.g. basic obedience, fun little tricks, socialization, working on reactivity, ...).

We love taking cute, beautiful or silly photos and videos of our furry guests! Stay connected with your loved one through regular updates, photos and even video calls if you wish. This will give you peace of mind while you are away.
